9 months from policy start date and still nothing. I logged my cashback claim immediately after taking the policy out. What I don't get is why 97 % positive when every single review is bad.... don't add up. If they don't pay up I will be cancelling all my policies with Churchill.Shame on you !

I took out a pet insurance policy with them and I am still waiting nearly a year on. Dont bother with churchill. Other insurances compaines I have no problem with.

£35 Cashback due. £15 received after 9 months and much prompting and nudging. No movement in securing the balance, either via TCB or via Churchill Customer Services who adopt a 'nothing to do with us' stance. The last product we'll purchase from Churchill.

Avoid Churchill Pet Insurance , cashback tracks as it should then goes to £0.00, raised a nudge/query eventually tracked at £35...some 10 months after taking the policy!!!then 1 week from expiry of 12 month insurance the cashback goes back to £0.00. If Churchill can be like this with the agreed Cashback I ask what would they be like if you pet was injured and needed vetinary treatment?

11 months on and no sign of cashback but they have managed to send a renewal with a 50% + increase to policy. "Ohhh NO" churchill. will i find a new policy elsewhere " Ohhh YES" !!!

Purchased a policy in May 2012 (twelve) and still not received any cashback as of May 2013. renewed the cat insurance this year via Debenhams so hopefully will get something this year...

Bought 2 policies a few months apart and waited over a year for the first to be paid after a lot of badgering to topcashback. In the end I sent an email of complaint to Churchill canceling my policy (as it was up for renewal) and asking why they are offering cash back and not paying it? A day later I had my first payment of just over £35.00 credited. Coincidence? I would still avoid at all costs as they don't seem to want to pay out fairly without a lot of complaining. Something fortunately I am good at! ;-)

well jus bought this product and sinc ei have 3 dogs i should get 3 x 30.30 as i have done with other providers through here, so far only tracked on£30.30 give ti a few days and see what happens better not get screwed over

NEVER use Churchill if the reason you choose them is for the cashback offer. THEY DO NOT PAY! I would also ensure you read the small print as they managed to wriggle out of paying all the payment to the vet when my cat was very sick - just because you agree an excess fee there are more exceptions than you expect.

A full year has passed and this cashback payment is still pending. They sent me a renewal package, is it likely i am going to take insurance out with them again? Not a chance, the only reason I went for churchill is because they were good value With the cashback that I didnt recieve . Why be on cashback if you are not going to honour payment churchill, shameful..

Wouldn't bother, took out 2 pet insurance policies last January (2012), cash back never paid and still shows as £0.00 12 months on, as over 100 days can't chase with TCB

Don't bother taking an insurance policy out with Churchill if you expect to have the cashback it stated. I took a policy out in October last year (2011) and i've just had a message saying now that TCB are resubmitting it for the third time. Good on TCB for trying. But shame on Churchill for not upholding their end of the Cashback deal. I don't see what the problem or hold up could be, apart from them trying to wriggle out of paying me this back. They shouldn't offer it if they're not going to honour it. So I now feel this company have NO INTEGRITY! Needless to say when it came to renewal time their price of neary 50% increase was rejected by myself and I choose to use AnimalFriends who use some of their profits helping animals in need!!

Tracked at £0.00 still not at confirmed stage months later, read and take note of previous comments, Churchill will not pay out, why does TCB still allow these people to stay on here? Answer = because TCB are still earning a commission when we take out the policy.

Buyer beware, no cash back paid out, so lost the £15. I did not trust Insurance companies or banks much anyway, this just confirms my opinion that they are not trust worthy

Agree with others it's a CON they don't tell you until it's past the 100 days. Churchill shouldn't agree to use the service if they're not going to fufil their end of the bargain. Needless to say unless I get my cashback I will be cancelling my pet insurance with them and they will also have lose a car insurance and perhpas a home insurance as I was going to try and keep all my insurances together. BAD luck Churchill you shouldn't be so quick to not keep your promises!!

It's a con theyn don't notify you they are declining your cash back until it is too late to lodge a claim. Will not be using Churchill products again ever!!!!
